The DBA (Doing Business As) Filing Service is designed for our clients who want to use an unincorporated business name for their sole proprietorship, or add an additional name to their corporation or LLC. We handle the paperwork with the Secretary of State correctly and efficiently so that our clients don't have to hassle with filing. This service is not offered in every state.
