Washington maintenance requirements for C-Corps and S-Corps
After you incorporate, you need to file a Master Business License with the State of Washington. You can file either online, in person, or by mail for a fee. You can find more information about this pertaining to your specific business at: http://bls.dor.wa.gov/file.aspx
A Corporation License Renewal and annual report must be filed with the Department of Licensing on or before the expiration of the corporation's corporate license, or not less than 30 days or more than 90 days prior to the expiration date of any staggered yearly license. The license fee is $10 with a renewal fee of $69.
